Well after doing some more research on this it seems the term im going to end up using is 'cougar bait' or 'cougar hawk' at least that is according to Urban Dictionary.

Hawk denotes a predatory aspect, much like a "chicken hawk" is an older gay guy who gives after barely (or sub-barely) legal twinks.
I think "Cougar bait" is a good one. Something to denotes that he's putting himself out there to be happily preyed upon by a hungry (and horny) cougar.
Wonder if there's a straight website in there somewhere. CougarBait.com.
