Model for Single model Site - your opinion?

he's a hottie for sure, but unless you have lots of hardcore material - meaning him with another guy - he'd either have to show more personality than he does in these pics or else have to find a wide variety of things to do and places to do them in.

Single girl sites work.

The problem is, so far every single male model site hasnt been done properly or, the person doing it has basically fucked the model/models over and they quit on them.

I can think of a couple of solo guy sites that are still around.. Pierre Fitch's for example.... But he has now started featuring more hardcore shoot... It also seems his site isnt being 'talked' about as much by surfers since he started offering up hardcore duo shoots either.

Thank all you for supporting discussion about this model,

we had a plan to produce non limited amount of photos and video
material mostly hardcore, group, oral and some softcore - so the idea
is to make it hardcore single model site.

Our experience is that viewers don't buy porn primarily of what is in it. we believe they buy the porn because of the looks of the actors / models / stars. Then would it interest them.

One thing we have toyed with in the past is creating membership sites based on models. We create a site solely for that model, the scenes he's in, the photographs he's in, etc. It's a site all about that model.

IF it is only solo stuff, no it won't sell. It'll flop faster than the hat dropping off your head. If there's some hardcore in there, yes it will sell.

Updates are key and very important.

It does sell. The hardest part is keeping that model here and updating. That really sucked because models do move, they do have a life.

Everyone is very focused in niche' sites. We don't promote "niche" sites anymore unless it's something that pops out at you. The industry is flooded.

I say go for it. He's unique, he's different, and definitely not a pretty Chi Chi LaRue boy. I can see it selling for you.

I wouldn't think so. I wouldn't have him talking if he can't speak english fluently. I say that because, we have a lot of traffic coming from U.S.A. bases companies. However, if he does speak, maybe in the video you can type up the lines in the video in english.

That would be up to you to decide. Both sell. I wouldn't see what the difference would be. You would most certainly need a change of scenery from time to time as it does get boring with the same background.

I stated this in another thread... The start up of a site that we do is 25 total of something, whether it be 15 image sets and 10 videos, 15 videos and 10 image sets, etc. Just 25 of something.
Updates are key important. When we update our model sites, Monday we update with an image set of a video we're going to release Friday. The image set gets the consumer horny for the video so they stick around. Key to model paysites is updates and how you do them. We found this method to be more productive. For EthanArmstrong.com - We have had 11 cancellations over the past 3 years. Which is not bad.
If we can't update a week with a video or image set, we improvise with a "bonus set." You have to stay consistent with your updates.

HOWEVER, keep in mind. If he's just solo throughout the entire site... members are going to get bored by watching him jack off or pose all of the time and leave.

Solo is okay. Posing is okay. But key is variety. Maybe put him with another guy jacking off. Put him with another guy sucking dick. Put him in a 3way. Mix it up. But, you have got to keep it focused on him and what he does.

I think with all of this, you should have a good site.
