Will Paypal Process For Physical Products Like SexToys?

Have a friend who is currently working on a specific type of sextoy and he wants to process payments via Paypal, does anyone know if this is allowable through PayPal?

If it isnt, can you suggest a payment processor that will allow physical goods to be purchased and shipped that takes online payments?

I don't see why paypal would not. They process for adult DVDs now.

My understanding is that Paypal has quitely lifted the porn restriction - even for membership sites. Physical goods should be fine.

According to their Terms,

You may not use the PayPal service for activities that:
(g) certain sexually oriented materials or services,

If customers request, we can accept payments via PayPal and we've never been warned...so I guess sex toys are ok.

items (legal items) such as toys, novelties, books, and DVDS.

However, we do not allow PayPal for memberships, donations, or
subscriptions to adult sites. Other things that are not allowed are any

dominatrix services.

Interesting.

I browsed their TOS a few weeks back and still wasn't clear on whether they processed for paysite memberships - it seemed ambiguous and badly worded.
