Domain IPs and Server Listings

whois.sc when you search a domain it tells you where the ip is located and how many other domains are on a server, but if I put domains on a different ip address, will they show as thought they are on another different server or will they all still show in the server list that houses the various IP addresses?

It only tells you the other names on the ip.

maybe there's some other tricky command I don't know about that reveals the other names near it - I'm not any kind of super dns expert.
