Lets say i add someone to my follow list, but they dont add me back, would you say it is worth taking them off my follow list?

Im thinking it is because i kind of view this like adding a 'recip' link on a free site or gallery, if im not getting traffic from them i should remove them from the list of people im following.

Would you say this was right and if so, how long after adding someone to my follow list do you think i should wait to see if they add me before removing them?

if the won't follow you back, they are rally no use from a marketing stand point. In my opinion

I have a couple that it took up to 2 weeks before they started following me

Okay cool, how likely is it do you think that someone will follow you after a week of following them?

Im guessing not very.
