Do You Pay Attention To Who PPS Programs Are Promoting?

When it comes to consoles on their tours, or sponsors being used on their own in-house blogs and traffic sites, how much attention so you pay to the programs and paysites that some of the larger pay per signup affiliate programs are pushing?

The past few weeks ive been taking a few minutes each day to check out some of the PPS programs websites and it seems like for the most part, they are all pushing pretty similar site niches on their consoles, do you think this is indicative of what niches are actually 'selling' industry wide or is it simply that the sites being promoted on consoles and private traffic networks of these programs are actually buying these placements to generate a traffic or revenue stream?

i don't do consoles, most of the time use the console free links

i do check out the sponsor cross sells, there are some who would have you send traffic to a gay site but the cross sell(s) is to some straight 'catch all' site...:shock:
