An hour long segment on the porn business, pretty nicely done actually.
Nothing 'new' on the program though but its actually nice to see a news peice that isnt 'anti-porn' for a change.

Lee

They've re-run this several times now. But I'm happy to just have anything that's NOT negative.

Oh i didnt realize it was a re-run, but yeah it definitely was good to have something that didnt have a negative spin on it, how old is the actual broadcast do you know? I noticed they were talking a lot about online piracy and mobile content delivery so it cant be that old.

Oh, it's recent, in the last 30-60 days i think.
There was a story in one of the trades about it right after it ran the first time.
They have a page for it at CNBC:

Ah okay, yeah i figured it couldnt be more than a month or so old as a lot of mobile content stuff was mentioned and thats really only taken hold in the past month or two.

There was another show on Discovery last week that Bec mentioned to about the 'future' of sex, that was quite a good program too.
It was more about the 'science' angle of things though, virtual machines, scents, attraction, etc, was intresting though none the less.

It is airing again overnight tonight at 1AM (Eastern Time). I have the Tivo set to record. Thanks for mentioning this Lee!
Not sure if I made a post out of this before or not. Anyway, a straight content producer told me about this (still trying to figure out how the gadget works) about maybe five months ago. He had access to some of the latest technology to test out with his models and friends. Whatever "it" was, people say it feels like "real" sex. It's something that the model wears, and another thing that the user/viewer/ wears...I don't get it. The drawback is that whatever gadget they were testing was extremely expensive. Not sure if they are using this on their sites or will.
