You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?

Visa Rumor - Tightening Up On "Sleeping' Sites

Just had it confirmed that Visa is in the process of tightening up their rules on sites featuring sex/sleeping fetish.

Sounds like a 'disclaimer' from the model in each scene is going to be needed from the immediate future onwards or it has to be blatently obvious that the models are consenting.

Squirt, you hear anything about this yet?

    Regards,

    Lee

I just had a thought ... pretty soon Visa will do this with all controversial/extreme sites not just sex/sleep

especially given that 2257 plus model releases obviously show that the "sleeper" was well aware of what was going on

    Hi Guys,

Yes, it's true that VISA is listing sleeping sites amongst their other objections. We were advised about this from Epoch and CCBill about a month ago. Watch your keywords as well as any other Meta tags as well. Sleep, sleeping etc are on their watch list.

With a signed consent form from all parties involved, how is it even possible to think this is anything but fantasy sex play?

    It's rubbish I know

    Bec,

The problem is that they don't even ask. 2257 documents are related to age challenges, signed consent forms related to problems with models later on or age challenges from government authorities. VISA, or more accurately the banks doing with business with Merchants even billing companies like CCBill and Epoch have a blanket model they go by. Blogs would be exempt because they don't accept any payment, but for those of us who make a living at this, we have to comply. Sucks because for many of us sleeping invokes fantasies of our youth (oh so very gone by!)

i know that MANcheck contacted me re my "sleeping" sites and said that they can't list them anymore. they said that anything with "sleep" "taken advantage of while sleeping" etc could be related to rape

So how does this affect someone like Squirt? If the site was already up, are they making them close 'em down?

I personally think VISA is just testing the waters once again to see what exactly "we" will "allow" them to do to us.

There is indeed valid arguments on both sides if you think about it....

US: it's JUST fantasy, we are a business and as a business we have lots of paperwork, and can "only" produce content that all parties are in consent of.

THEM: simulated rape is simulated rape, no matter what we call it.

The sad thing here is IF VISA does manage to "wake up" the sleeping niche what will they go after next?

not too long ago CCBILL decided (to keep visa happy) that it would no longer process for 3D sites that featured 'models' with animal parts IE wings, tails, ears etc.

Their claim "it's a form of bestiality" when I and others in the 3D niche pressed harder we were told even further....

"In order for a human to have wings, a tail or animal ears, there had to been sex with an animal somewhere down the road"
Now the work around for that is to have somewhere among the photos something along the line of "Julie in a cat costume" because THAT is 100% fine and dandy.

But honestly I'm reminded of the whole "Teen" word hoopla back in 2002 (that actually led me to kill my budding teen paysites before they were even ready to fully launch) VISA (supposedly) said no more using the word "Teen" to describe the models instead COED had to be used, funny 7 years later I still see "Teen X" here and there.

visa is like a big giant boogyman with no face

makes me think of those movies that have the cliche big company where you walk in the lobby and there's nothing but a desk or some automated system.

I doubt something like this could be sorted out without a lawsuit.

And also, looking into mainstream and shenenigans going on with especially Acai offers I can't believe VIsa is having issues with adult
