Latinjocks has been arround for 2 years. Coversion is about 1 from 90 from the stats I read. (but that was just a quick glance at them)
I am building a "real" program home for things this week, but everything is working already for webmasters to join. I sold 4 memberships tonight with 1 email to my yahoo group. We all know that they are simply people looking for free porn. So it must convert pretty well.
I will also be giving webmasters free video and image content for TGP and AVS sites.

our varsitymen.com site seems to be converting just as well. Since all the content is exclusive and updated weekly also.
A lot of latin men, but we're going to be expanding on that to include all races of hot men.

Just a suggestion -- how about the "update" links.. have some go to a sneak peek pic and others to the join page instead of the member login poppin up?
That's another thing on my plate. Revamping the sites with out killing the theme and making it look like all the other latino sites out there.
Nothing wrong with them and I am very sure they convert well, but we have such diffrent type models and content. (I hope thats not degrading to anyone that owns latin sites?)
