Ive been learning sooo much working and talking along side you all here and thank you soooo much for your responses! My next question is...What do you find is the most effective way of keeping in touch with the people you work with?

ICQ and email are my primary means of keeping in contact with people, occasionally ill pick up the phone and speak to someone, but that happens rarely and only with a few select people

I wish I could! I've tried multiple times on my Blackberry. I can use AIM to login to ICQ but then I never have names of the people messaging me, so it's a huge pain in the ass.

Personally, I use icq, email and phone whenever necessary. ICQ and email are great, but I think the phone is best communication, behind face-to-face IMO. Like putting a voice or face to a name, it's a lot better.

i do on my iphone and it is just like writing text messages

yes i use icq and email as well but do not have many people i speak with on icq just a couple of affiliate program people and a couple of people from here i also use my pm feature on here a little bit to and i think i made some good contacts through using that
