So Whats A Good Way To Attract New Affiliates These Days?

Do you think the 'normal' posting on message boards, sending emails and stuff still works as good as it used to or, are the other methods to generate new affiliates that work in the industry today?

It would seem that with so many programs trying to attract the same relatively small pool of webmasters to their programs, there has to be other ways to generate interest in a program than just posting on boards, sending emails, and offering more and more promo tools.

What interesting ways have any of you program owners used to generate interest in your new programs? We're about to launch a couple of new programs that we're already setup on Twitter for as an example of something 'new' that can be done, but what else is there?

    Regards,

    Lee

It is all about branding in every way possible. That means keeping your name on the boards, and anywhere else that you can think of to keep the name of it on the tip of people's tongues.

I bet everyone can think of at least 3 programs who were big....probably still are big...but people say "whatever happened to" because them seem to have disappeared. Posting, twitter, all of these things help brand a company. The rewards are sometimes indirect but you need to keep your name out there all of the time.

IndustryIncentives.com also does interviews etc. and we would welcome the opportunity to interview long standing members of the adult community, program owners, board owners etc. The interviews DO bring attention to the programs
