Free Site And Gallery Submission Tools?

I was wondering if anyone was still using automated submission tools when it came to galleries and free sites they build and if you do, which ones were you using?

I know Chameleon Submitter is used by a lot of people but are there any others out there that have a reasonable rate of acceptance with the link lists and tgps?

I haven't submitted in years now but from what I remember, partner accounts and paid listings were the way to go. I did use Chameleon for a bit, but the amount of traffic the random listings got me was nothing compared to those of the partner accounts and paid spots. I'd personally focus on quality over quantity. Buy some nice passes or what not and focus on a few bigger sites.
