Directory Script with Ad Tracking?

I'm hunting down a directory script that has good ad features, like tracking hits, time it expires, rotation ability, payment options, etc. Any recommendations?

mmm why not give OpenX a try?
i dont like their interface but it's a pretty good system
they also have a stand alone version
it's used widely

it's pretty much got all the options you could ask for that are popular with mainstream ad agencies

I just reinstalled this myself but haven't got time to play with it. I like the old phpads before it became openx.
