why are paysites all abotu the same price

i was wondering why are paysites all about the same price to join them these days at like $30 is this just something that happens or is this as much as surfer will pay to join a site?

It's called 'what the market will bear'. Equivalent products will end up selling for roughly equivalent prices, because it's usually not in anybodies self interest to charge much less than their competitors.
