Revshare Payout Percentages....

I was curious to know just how heavily the percentage on payout when promoting revshare programs weighs on whether you join the program and ultimately send it traffic plays with you?

Are you more likely to promote a 60% revshare program over a 50% revshare program or does the amount you get paid not weigh as much as whether you feel the sites on the program will sell and/or retain?

i sell a program that only has 25% payout on sales but it converts good so i do not mind so i think if the site is selling it will not matter how much is getting paid out

Of course, 60% is better anyway But if the program converts well i don't mind if it's 50% or probably even less. It's better to have 50% of something that sells than even 100% of nothing.

Depends is it a paysite or a product?

if it's a paysite I doubt i'll take less than 50%, unless the site was something uber hot and converted like mad.

Overall tho I'm more likely to promote what sells, I'm paying for my traffic so if I'm getting 1:3000 conversion rate I'll take the 35% sponsor with 1:500

The cams are often 25-30% rev share and it doesn't seem to have hurt
