Do You Print Stuff Out For Work?

For example, when you get sales receipts and stuff like that, do you print them out and save your registration information or do you keep them in digital format/email until you need them again?

Ryan was sorting through some of the crap we have in the office a few days back and he couldnt beleive how much paperwork we actually had for stuff like content licenses, 2257 docs, serial numbers, etc, etc...

Does anyone else make hard copies of this kind of information and file it away or do you just keep the emails/digital files you get originally?

    Regards,

    Lee

Hard copies are MUCH longer lasting than your curren storage device.. besides here your tax collegtion basically insists on hard copies. digital receipts are only valid with a legit and valid digital signature - they do not however specify the type or kind of signature (be as vague as you possibly can be)
    :-D
