I was wondering what you guys thought about our support page and what could be fixed or adjusted?

1) fix download link to latest browser - right now your latest browser is IE6

4) check links - macromedia is gone
6) link is not valid any more

broken image on your root domain

yes it is a lot outdated you should probably also make it look a bit better in the design i think it might to simple at the minute!

So other than updating the links, is there anything you folks would change, is it to simple, to complex, etc?

i think it being simple is good because you do not want to confuse people when they are trying to find out help about something like a movie not playing or something like that so i say to keep it basic like it is!

it's somewhat squashed together one paragraph after another. also perhaps vary fonts from titles and descriptions besides just bolding to make more important parts stand out.

Also work on sites so IE is not the only browser sites work best on. I use IE the least Firefox #1 and been trying Chrome. You don't want to lose traffic from hiccups on other browsers

Ohh and I think a naked pic of Evil Ryan would be good too
