Share 1 Email Account With Multiple Users...

Does anyone know of a method whereby we can setup a standard 'catch all' email address for something and have those emails go to two or three different people but, once somebody has responded to an email, it gets removed either off the server or, from the other peoples inbox?

Basically im trying to figure out a new support system for our affiliate programs where we can have all of us working on affiliate support for all of our programs but at the same time, not have 2 people replying to the same email, does anyone know if this is possible to do without using some kind of 'contact us' form?

    Regards,

    Lee

you could use IMAP accounts and move the "working on" items to a more personal folder

or you could use a full fledged ticketing system like http://otrs.org/
    :-D

yeah IMAP is one way of doing it

    I tried using Cpanel forwarders/aliases
I created 2 forwarders for the same virtual/catchall account. One forwards to my email the other to the other person. Kind of rough but I think it works for us
