    LOL, yeah that's me. Lots of meat and potatoes and 61 years of eating. Funny, almost zero fat on the rest of me....guess it all migrated to the belly, and no, I'm not a beer drinker. And, certainly, have no shame.

    As you can tell, I'm not much for the gym:bullcrap: .....anytime I get the urge to exercise I just lay down till it passes.
