Anyone else having problems with Ccbill WMS?

I don't like it, I'm having problems using it, and I cringe every time I get an email saying another program is changing to it.

I love CCBill but wonder why why why.
If something works, why mess with it???

Nothing is more annoying than affiliate programs changing stuff, especially link code stuff.

I have to say I was excited when they announced WMS a while back. A huge change to their affiliate system is long overdue. However, CCBill hasn't done a very good job communicating details about WMS.

I keep getting Emails that say all these different programs have switched over. There is only a link to a "Quick Start" pdf file that doesn't even tell you where to go to login.

I mean, seriously, where do I log in to the new system?

We got notified a week or so back that one of our accounts had been switched over to the new WMS, since then i havent even logged in to see whats different as i really am dreading the new systems admin interface.

We actually werent even asked if we wanted this account switching, it just 'happened' overnight and im pretty sure i havent seen any posts about this change on the boards happening.

I finally figured out where to login.

New Login: https://admin.ccbill.com

Old(er) Login: https://affiliateadmin.ccbill.com

They said they weren't sure why that isn't in the pdf guide... Shouldn't that be the very first thing?

So I logged in and it basically looks the same. The only obvious difference is the header.

Then I noticed a WMS link with a bunch of new menu items. However they all return 404 errors!

The 404 error pages were coming up for me last night too.

What is happening to me is I click on Manage Programs in the WMS menu.

Then I click on Search All

Then I select one of the affiliate programs and try to change my email preferences, when I click Save, I get an error message stating...

Affiliate not in the Webmaster Marketing System.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I've tried to call and explain it to them, but I don't have the lingo and not sure I'm explaining it clearly.
