Is that all what makes a "good" sponsor?

The first point is quite standard and sponsors who don't even offer promo material are either too lazy or they don't need/want promotion from others. Certainly those sites are not even worth trying to promote them.

The second point... well, I'd say that point is mandatory and no one should ever just touch a sponsor who offers illegal content.

So, is it really that easy to be a "good" sponsor? Or is there more?
