Do You Still Do The Build/Submit Routine to TGPs and LLs?

I'm curious, what's everyone doing these days to drive sales?

TGP's have moved on to paid spots and from what I'm reading sales aren't that great and spots aren't worth the money. And some, but not all, link lists put the kibosh on site builders who were looking to drive traffic to sponsors and started wanting more quality sites rather than tons and tons of submissions with what was essentially the same sponsor content.

What's your routine these days?

Have blogs replaced free site building? I know I much prefer to write a blog post than to build free sites and galleries.

I recently went through my list of link list sites and they just didn't seem to be worth the effort.

yes i do a lot of gallery sites and free sites i will build my sites at the start of the week and then submit them the rest of the week until i have sent them all out to the tgp and link lists i use sometimes i will not be able to finish submitting every site i build so i will send them ones out the next week before i start building again to make sure though.

For me it's better to make another blog then to do this tgp/lls thing

No, I am not convinced that the time and effort involved in making and submitting freesites and TGP's is worth the financial return. I'm trying to emphasize automation with blogs and filling my tube site with videos.
