Would You Be Able To Get A 'Real' Job If You Needed One?

I dont mean because you have actually 'worked' in the porn business, but because of your education, previous employment history, life experience, training, etc, do you think you would be able to actually enter the regular, 9-5 workforce and actually be good at what you did?

I was just chatting with a friend who was telling me she didnt think that she'd ever be able to get a regular 9-5 job again after having working for herself for so long she didnt think she would be able to 'fit' with what most companies are looking for and she also thought her experience in a real job before she joined the industry wouldnt be of any significance to a future employer if she did look for a regular 9-5.

So how about you folks, do you think you could pick up a regular 9-5 if you had to?

But, I'm an officer for a nonprofit org - and I kick ass at that position. I am so used to being in charge and self-supervising that I think I would do well in anything that required hose characteristics.

But I hope I dont have to.

I could do it if I absolutely had to. The corporate environment is SO RESTRAINING and fake I absolutely hated it.

I still work a regular job to pay the bills and do this for fun and a little extra cash for my expensive "exta activities". I have a very specialized skill set and get offers for employment all the time so it wouldn't be a problem to take a new job if needed.
I really like the job I have now and hope that I wont need to look for anything else for a long time although it would be awesome to live completely off my adult earnings someday.

I currently have a real job and do this as a "hobby", so yeah, I think I could. However, with my age, education, etc. I think that if I lost my job, it would be harder to get one then a few years ago.

I still have a real job. Somehow the bills needs to be paid. But I'm working on a more independent scheme with spending less and less hours for other people.

I tried, and tried, and tired...but cannot for many very real (as opposed to flimsy, imaginary) reasons. I know my position is unusual in that I'm new to this biz and seeking to make it into my source of income, full time. It's the only thing I've found so far that could work for me. Takes time and hard work, and here I am to do my best.

I could go back to what I used to do, but don't see that happening as more and more retirement benefits will be available soon if I need them!
