Note that that problem requires the
attacker to fist get a shell account
on the machine - one of your own legit
users could crash the system.
Note also that they can't use it to do
anything like access data they aren't
supposed to, it's just possible to crash
a box that you already have access to,
if you know what you're doing and have
a program written for the specific purpose
of crashing the system.
Compare this to Windows, where a normal
user probably WILL crash the system
occassionally on accident by running
normal programs.
