What Is Your IE Default Search Engine Set To?

I just noticed that mine appears to be set to Google yet i honestly have no idea how it happened, usually it just gives up a 404 error document for me if a web page isnt loading.

Is this something new that they have added to the Google Toolbar recently, because up until last week when i had to reformat, i never got Google search pages if a site was down or a link was bad?

Part of setting up IE8, it asks you what search engine to select, it defaults to LiveSearch.

Nothing to do with google toolbar.

I don't use IE, I use FF with google as the default search...

If I pop it now (it's IE7) it defaults to the MSN homepage.

im with IE8 and now use Chrome more than Firefox. Firefox is now my third browser for when sites don't work well in Chrome :luke:

I'm told MS stopped making IE for Mac/OSX in 2005. I use Safari and manually go to search engines. I usually use Google, eventhough I use Yahoo for mail and Groups.

Google and I cant imagine using anything else... Sometimes sneaky programs change my default... ughh errr jerks
