Over the past year or two, as everyone has been experiencing slower sales due to the economy, how have you maintained your revenues so that despite having potentially fewer signups, your income levels have remained the same or grown?

For us we've actually courted a few larger affiliates by talking with them one-on-one and they are liking the conversions and figures they are seeing but in addition, we've also played with the few upsells we utilize inside our members areas, dropping the ones that dont convert as well or, pay less for each join they get sent and changing them for ones that convert more and pay higher.

In addition, we've also built a few more 'private' sites specifically for some affiliates who had nowhere to send the type of traffic they had in terms of the niche which also seems to have given us a nice boost in revenue as we're now able to attract a traffic base we were unable to with these affiliate private tours.

So, those of you with paysites, how have you maintained your income/revenue levels over the past few years to ensure that your program or sites have remained profitable for you?

Lee
