    What Inspires You?

Looking around my desk, I realize I have lots of little notes scattered around that give me some inspiration/motivation to keep on plugging away at my various work and life projects.

Such as "plan for disaster, that way it never happens" or "Test and Tweak until it's right, and don't rush to market"

When you're feeling "stuck" or impatient what do you do to help get your energies back on track?

    I get laid?

the "reality" of "actual" physical sex reminds me just how good my product is and put's me back "on track" , I am most thankful for the gods apollo .. err.. adobe and zeus ... err ..

there are drawbacks though , I am constantly "re-arranging" the furniture in the hotel room to allow the cameramen easy access to all sides of the bed , and my "cut , change position" tends to damper the mood which is probably why I prefer foreign men/countries who don't understand what I'm saying and take my actions as silly american customs. :paco:

I still look at photography magazines and xxxpand sexually on photoshoots which need to go the distance and/or I take a media interest and exploit it!

p.s - my "levi" goes all the way! :broccoli:

    I'm like Bec...
have little "signs" all over the place talking about teamwork, meetings, 5Ss of LSS, 2 porn calendars, and little fun stuff around my work area.
While some some aspects of this webmastering stuff is boring or difficult, over all it's still fun to do and that is what really keeps me going. The money and the fun. When this stops being fun, I'll probably stop doing it.

I wish I knew Bec. For the last two years I have felt uninspired totally. I am hoping this new year works out better.

I am cleaning and organizing, as I think my disorganized desk and workspace is part of the problem.

I also taped a little sign that reads "you are better then this" on the TV remote. When I was laid off the last few months I spent A LOT of time watching TV, and I gained like 14 lbs. I am hoping now that I am starting back at work I can get back on track, both for my real job, and my sites. ;O)

Forums like this inspire me. The colleagues I've made, that the forums are always there. It's primary role is a place to share info but it really is a support system also. That we can share our frustrations and know we are not alone and if you are doing it, I can too. Sort of helps us all out.

Sounds like you've been battling depression. Getting back to work and being able to mentally allow yourself to physically clean up the office is a good sign though that you're getting back in stride with positive action for yourself. Also, don't forget to mention to your doctor how you feel, there's no shame in getting a bit of medicinal assistance to help you over this hurdle.

Log into my bank account. Either way I am inspired. To make more because its lower than I want or to make more because the numbers look so nice.
