Bring An End to the Copyright Infringing Parasitic TUBE SITES!!!

Okay, DudeVu.com is gone thanks to the efforts of Corbin Fisher (xbiz.com/news/glbt/116256).

Now we need to go after the rest of them, especially tube8.com. I suggest you all check that site for your stolen content. I found several scenes from my movies. This tube site is now becoming more popular as the number one porn contributor to the virtual community Second Life.

DMA Claims don't really work as they put the burden of proof on the victim. There is a lot of red tape in filing these claims too, so many producers don't even bother.

The Tube sites’ strategy of “we'll break the laws and steal content until we're caught -- and only then will we remove the content” is UNACCEPTABLE.

These parasites are crippling our industry. I wish other producers with deep pockets and big balls, like Corbin Fisher, would go after these people. Perhaps we should all ban together for a class action suit. Something MUST be done. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

I would be curious to know what other content producers have to say on this matter, so please comment.
