Bookmarked Traffic - Any Way To Tell How Often They Visit?

I was curious to know if anyone knew of a method of telling just how many times previously a bookmarked surfer had visited a website?

For example, with paysites its pretty easy to see how many times a specific user has logged in, downloaded content, etc, but how would you find this type of information out on sites like blogs or TGPs/Directories, etc?

Does anyone know a method of gathering this information?

If i am not wrong, they counted as 'Direct Trafffic' on google analytics.

And for more detail about who they are, it could be seen under 'Visitor Segmentation', Not too specific because there is no membership and visitor username on blog etc.
