CCBill - Declined Due To Banking System Error

Anyone else ever get this decline reason in a CCBill denial email?

I got this message for the first time yesterday. What exactly does it mean?

I beleive that is typically an issue where the communications between the bank and CCBills authorization process had a problem or, the bank was unable to verify the card.

Hopefully Paul or Mark can confirm this though

I get those on Condom Cash sales occasionally, they are very few and far between though.

Lee would be correct. This usually indicates an issue between our servers and the customers bank. If you can send us the exact details we can look into it and determine exactly what happened.
