I'm not sure what you're getting at with the $5k blog design... hopefully no one paid that...

But I thought the Olive 8 post was a fascinating read... considering its very optimistic whereas if you click the "Live here with cool web guys like me an Andy"... Andy's blog tells a different tale about losing ~ $24k on the deposit to Olive 8 since the real estate market has tanked.

I agree with Lee that business-wise something is terribly wrong with this blog. What's the point, the focus? It's really more of a personal blog on business topics than a sales-oriented blog. The "about" page says "Personal experiences in successful online marketing". But the blog certainly does not scream success!
