hey guys, what a strange trip it's been!
We were out of the philadelphia area. Wednesday morning we loaded up budget trucks and car trailers. we made our journey from philly to fort lauderdale. we left in 2 feet of snow and counting. it was definately a blizzard. During our move, highways were shutting down. deleware and pennsylvania called for a state of emergency to shut down roads because of the snow. We were on a highway, cops forced us off the highway with road blocks onto side roads for detours. we wanted to pull off, get a hotel, and say screw it for the day.
the nearest hotel from where we were was 30 miles away.we were in bfe. thank god for gps!
We ended up needing to get gas at a gas station and the roads were so bad we flew by the enterance.and got stuck pulling into the exit part. after spending 5 hours being stuck in a 22 foot truck with a car trailer some nice guys pulled us out, they ended up taking us to the church. we parked the 3 trucks at the church and they drove us to a hotel. the next morning they drove us back to our trucks. we drove straight through to fort lauderdale.
here we are now in sunny florida with no snow. today the weather was really nice!
all of the trucks are actually unloaded and 2 of the trucks are returned!
phillyfratlive.com will continue, but it's going to be broadcasted from florida instead of philadelphia.
what a strange trip it's been. but we're here now and everyone is loving it!
we already have 2 film shoots set up for monday in the studio! :bananacock:
