Non Business Thread - What Do You Use Buttermilk For?

Mom gave us an extra jugg of buttermilk she got on sale at the grocery store today and i have honestly never used the stuff before, do you folks have any suggestions on what it can be used for, other than buttermilk pancakes? LOL

agreed on it uses are primarily for cooking/sauces & dressings/etc. or you can give yourself a nice buttermilk bath for radiant glowing skin!

its also used in baking for some stuff, I think maybe scones, possibly even brownies???

I think my partner used it when he made bread in the breadmaking machine.

Well Ryan and I made blueberry muffins last night using buttermilk and im actually suprised to see they are still soft today.

I think this evening we're gonna have a go at making some ice cream too
