So How Do I Setup A Custom NameServer With GoDaddy?

Ive been told that i need to add a nameserver to my GoDaddy account for one of the main domain names we own, which the host will then point to some kind of ip address then all i will have to do for DNS in the future is set ns1.mydomain.com ns2.mydomain.com but i cant find anywhere in GoDaddy to actually set this up, has anyone done this with GoDaddy and if so, where do i find the relevant section of the site to get this setup?

    Regards,

    Lee

godaddy has a faq on this, check their help.

but most importantly, if you are setting up your own nameservers, you will need to work with your host to setup 2 IP addresses, run the bind service and actually run the nameserver files from your server. You should contact them first.
