Does Anyone Remember Old School PPC Affiliate Programs?

Was curious how many of you folks remember promoting old-school style PPC affiliate programs and their paysites, ones where you made between $0.02 and $0.10 for each unique click you sent to the sites, irrespective of whether that surfer made a sale or not?

I think www.latinboyz.com still does something similar to that. I think they pay 0.01 per click +10$ per signup. I made good money with them when I used to be more involved as an affiliate myself.

I heard on the vidiscript boards that there were a few still out there, however, I also heard that they were shady as hell. Seems kind iffy to me.
