When Are Sponsors Going To Learn...

Paypal has decided to shut down our paypal account this past week,
therefor shutting down this method as a form of payment for payout. If your
account is set to be paid via paypal, your account will be switched to be
paid via "Check" unless you contact us and specify otherwise. The types
of payouts we offer currently are:

    - Check
    - Wire
    - epassporte

Please login to your account and verify that your mailing address is
correct, or email webmaster support to get your payout method updated for
    the next payout:

Thanks for understanding, and look forward to putting this behind us so we
can move forward. If you ever have any questions that can't be answered by
the people above, me and Dirt-e are always available to help out. Just contact
us and we'll get you all taken care of.

Ok, thats all for now. If you aren't trying out our program yet, nows
the time. We're confident we can make you more money then any other
    program on the web

    Best Regards,

I think there is a difference though between paying affiliates and processing membership sales. I think the high-risk part comes with the surfers/members and that's where most of the problems lie. I can't see affiliates complaining and causing problems with paypal if they are on the receiving end of payment for promoting a program.
