Is Using n For And OK in Domain Names?

I'm sure we're all familiar with Rock n' Roll ... instead of Rock and Roll, but do you think that the and shortened to just the n is commonplace in a domain name?

Like, would you buy and build on say: "Hot N Sexy", versus using "Hot and Sexy" if the and version was already taken (or even if it wasn't)?

I have Teens 'N' Twinks on Condom Cash and haven't run in to any problems using an 'N' instead of 'and', just make sure you put 'and' in the Meta tags somewhere

Yes, same here. Only do it if you can get the "and" version also.

Yea, I see where you guys are coming from on the "own both" approach. Thanks for the feedback!

Except the primary source of traffic for a paysite is going to be affiliates if this is what you are thinking of using the 'n' domain name for so there really isn't any point in owning both, unless you have affiliates who can't copy a simple linking code of course

At one point we owned BOTH Teens N Twinks plus Teens And Twinks and didn't see any significant traffic increase on the domain name with 'and' in it which is why we let it expire.

Hopefully Luke is making some sales to EUTwinks off it.

    Regards,

    Lee
