Porn mag for the blind launched.
A pornographic magazine for the BLIND has been launched - complete with saucy text and raised pictures of naked men and women. The book, the brainchild of Lisa Murphy and called Tactile Minds, is designed to be 'enjoyed' by the blind and visually impaired - and is on sale for £150. Among the 17 raised images include a naked woman in a 'disco pose', a woman with 'perfect breasts' and a 'male love robot'.
That is a humanitarian and smart move.
The only problem with this that i can see is what happens when the reader touches a nipple... Will that cause them to 'read' the magazine incorrectly?

Thats funny. my thing is, is the magazine stories only or are they feeling their way through the person (picture). It is a wonderful idea, but I'm a little clueless on what they are feeling.Originally Posted by Lee

i hate to laugh and sound stupid... but I was looking at the illustration. The armpit hair has raised braile.... what if the person is reading it and rubs their fingers over the armpit thinking it's the nipple. I just kind of thought that. But this is really a great idea and you are right, we all knew it was coming. Just a matter of time. Smart move!
