Nat Net support Script

We love the National Net support online ticket thingy that we use with them for support issues.

I have lots of corporate things and projects and requests going on and Im using a a media company. Do you know of the same type of nat net script or alike that I can install, and basically create a online tickets for each project / request we make and the the media company can reply if they wish with any replies and or can complete the project/request and then close the ticket as finished completed etc. Not really interested in the email part of Nat Net just online etc

Kayako esupport is probably the most widely used one. Solid, robust, full-featured, and includes the email support (which works both ways; users can email the ticket system to create a ticket.)

There are several clones of it, but we tried several before getting esupport and have been delighted with it ever since.
