We recently re-designed standahead.com with interchangeable gay/straight skins..

I like the design. As a gay webmaster, I get highly annoyed going to websites and seeing titties galore. I would make the button to switch to a gay skin slightly more obvious.

Also, what are you using as the default graphic when people arrive at your site? Most sites with multiple skins go with the straight side, which while I understand straight usually outnumbers gay stuff, it's still annoying for me as a gay webmaster to never be the default.

(Even worse -- seeing long lists of porn sites with the gay sites shunted to the bottom.)

Otherwise, looks good. As I said, I think the button may need to be a bit more obvious. We all knew to look for a button because of this posting, but a potential affiliate arriving for the first time may not know to click on it.

Hey Aaron,

Firstly, thanks for your feedback, - when a user hits the page for the first time they get a warning page asking if they would like to promote gay or straight.

Secondly, we do use the Gay Skin as primary, our gay sites, affiliates and generally our content out weighs that of our straight sites.

We have 6 gay sites, 3 Straight sites.

I'll talk to my boss about the button later on today, see if we can make it more obvious
