How Far In Advance Do You Plan Your Seasonal Promotions?

So sometime in the next week I'm about to start doing some of my Xmas time site building and was curious how many of you folks started your seasonal building early vs how many of you build a few weeks prior to the holidays starting?

Interesting there are no replies to this one Lee, I wonder if people are still bothering to take the time to do seasonal marketing.

I just worked on an article with Kath to be included in the October issue of MikeB's AdultWebLife magazine on this very subject - and the lack of responses makes me wonder about the effort -

Are people no longer doing Seasonal Marketing, or did they just sort of forget about it over the years?
