I Wonder? Warning Page -- Acceptable Photos

I am in the process of redoing my warning page and am not sure if anything has changed relating to acceptable content on warning pages over the past 5 years since I did the original one.

I remember before that butt photos were OK, but I can't remember if dick pictures are OK or if you just can't show penetration or touching of the dick.

Can anyone who knows exactly what is acceptable in terms of photos on a warning page respond.

    Thanks!

If your definition of "okay" means you're not crossing 2257 lines, then generally speaking the rule is no cocks, balls, cum, pussies, buttholes, sex (actual or implied), or cum.

The law is written with a different wordage ("no lascivious depictions" of the "pubic region"), but that's a generally useful set of guidelines.

    Here's another rule.

When you consider displaying a photo, consider whether it's worth risking $25,000 in legal fees and five years in prison to make a few extra bucks.

You'll -probably- be fine, but do you really want to bet your entire business and your freedom that a bored prosecutor won't gleefully cackle, "Oooh, I'll bet we can convince a jury that picture is pornographic!"
