looking for video thumbnailer program

I need some assistance finding a thumbnailer that snaps a short series of pics from a video clip (say 8 pics from a 2 minute clip), saves those and then automatically crops them down by about 20%, cropping out the border to make the thumb a certain size.

Any one know of such a program?

hrmmm...that one seems to make a thumb sheet instead of individual pics.
