alertpay and payoneer

Anyone using these services for affiliate payments (sending or receiving) yet? I am looking into both of these for payouts for our programs, just wondering what the consensus is with others.

I have used Payoneer since May 2009, with XTube. Works very well, in the US and Europe. After ePass bombed, I drew down some of my balance, and put the cash elsewhere. They are slow to respond to customer service requests.

Thanks for the feedback Nick. I got a response from them asking for documentation and letting me know there is a $500 fee for opening a business account, fortunately, that money can be used for p2p once all is approved. I am proceeding so hopefully we can offer Payoneer as a payout option soon.
