Epass wallet money update

I just checked out the epass site and its now showing the following message:

October 20, 2010,

Dear Account Holders,

Please login to your ePassporte Account to review your Account Balance and complete the wire disbursement and Account Closure form....

And when I logged into my account, I was presented with a wire transfer form to fill out to get my funds. After I entered the info, I needed to print the form and sign it. Then I was directed to https://www.epassporte.com/secure/closeout.cgi where you have to print off an Account Closure form, then upload the 2 forms plus an ID document and a bank statement.

I just did this all, I would suggest you do it now before the queue grows too big!

My problem is that my balance is less than 20$ ... and none of the atms dispense in $10 amounts anymore.
