for pay site is Joomla, sharepoint or get custom cms best?

I would recommend elevatedX or awiz as well. I have tried Joomla and found it was way too complicated to get working for adult-specific sites. I haven't worked with sharepoint.

Custom coding may be great, but I think you would save money and time, plus get a better product with ongoing support by just going with one of the established products.
