Training a newbie - setting priorities

I have a friend helping me out one day a week. He's new the adult business I'm going to start delgating some of my marketing responsibilities to him.

My question is: What would be a good project for him to start with if I can only afford him 8 hours a week?

Well first and foremost make sure you get him to join our community

Then well i guess you should prioritize the workload you have as to what takes YOU the most time to do and what is are the most tedious jobs that YOU hate doing and start from there

I agree with Lee, get him to do the simple, tedious & time consuming things so you can focus on your other projects.

In addition to the suggestion above, given that's he new to the buisness, I would find some tutorials, threads and articles that will help him learn the basics first, then the nuances of this business. The more he gets "the big picture", the more help he'll be to you with the details to help you bring yours into focus

if it's only for 8 hours a week you need to find what he is GOOD at so YOU don't end up spending the other 32 hours a week correcting his fuck ups !!!!! :crybaby:
