Pay Site Tour Review - MiamiBoyz

FIrst and introduction...I am the webmaster/photographer of MiamiBoyz.com and I would like to have reviews or comments on my site tour. Everything from your initial reaction (would you signup), to things like tour length, number of pics (just right to many), any thoughts at all.

The reason I am wondering is that I really haven't changed it in a long time (converts well) and I would just like so objective comments and observations (hard to do that with your own stuff)!

My first reaction was, this is not your typical paysite layout or style. Doesn't do anything for me, but you did mentioned its converting well. If its not broke don't fix it.

The content is nice, but the tour is bland and unoriginal, and full of spelling errors.

the tour is small on the pages, and as more people use bigger browser resolution, more people will see your tour as very small.

the first few pages of this tour leave me where virtually every latin guy tour does - wondering where the text is that tells what is special about latin guys. every other niche does this, but latin guy sites never seem to.

you say it's converting well, and if so, there is no point in worrying till it's NOT converting well.

I think it's pretty cute. Not like the other latin sites. One thing I would do is make a page for all those models in the preview area that links back to the join page.

So you would have more tour pages to get picked up in search engines. The boys are young, hot, and not seen everywhere. I'm not surprised that it converts well. It gives me the feel that your just a horny everyday guy that kick's it with hot young latin boys.

I'm not much into the twinkie thing myself, but there where a couple of those boys that I'd damn sure show them my pimp hand!

Just like everyone has said... if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

But, I have to add one more comment (and it's not meant to be mean). This is a pay site tour? It sure doesn't look like it to me... and maybe that's a good thing... suck 'em in with the freebies and make 'em pay for more. I think a lot of surfers are adverse to sites that look too "pay site-y"

I liked that it isn't the "standard" tour ... I did find the thumbs a little small though. Only thing I'd really consider changing would be to put in some text on the large images that come up describing the boy a bit (the ones with the penis and the boy overlapped)- like what you did here: http://www.miamiboyz.com/welcome_1.htm.

And on that page in particular, I'd swap in a new large image of the boy on the clickable thumbs, and if you want your site name on them, fine, but get rid of the ©2001, it gives the viewer the impression that these are really old sets, and "dates" your tour.
