What's your thoughts on the new CCBill interface?

I really like the new menus as it makes getting to the screen you need faster. I am not a fan of the powder blue colours, not that the colours really matters. But the one thing that does bug me is that its soooo incredibly slow, like it takes about 2 minutes to get to the landing page after logging in. Is it just me, or is it slow for everyone?

I'm not fond of it at all. I switched back to the Legacy. It's just too weird. Some parts are good. But the main things your trying to get to, they're rather difficult.

I like it and i have to admit, im a stickler for changing to 'new' systems, im still using the first FTP program i purchsed 12 yrs ago LOL

I'm not a fan of it either. I really feel that it's just a fresh coat of painting on an old shed. They really need to understand a little bit more ergonomic. A lot of things doesn't make sense and really needs to be fixed.

I mean they are a rockin billing processor and we've been doing really good business with them for a long time. They are our primary billing processor and everything related to money is irreproachable. But their WebAdmin is archaic and the possibilities are getting less and less competitive.

I just want to be impressed in 2011.
