your wishlist for 2011

Here are a few things I would like to see happen in 2011:
- the world coming through the recession and online transactions picking up again.
- current lawsuits and trends to force the p2p illegal networks to shut (or at least to be dropped from search engine results).
- billers will finally be able to offer GOOD alternative billing in emerging countries like Brazil, India and China.
- the new macbook pro laptops will be released and will look like larger versions of the mac airs, and I will buy one.

what about you? what do you want to see in 2011?

Governments leaving internet freedom alone.
People making moral choices to fight government/corporate corruption.
Genuine moves to repair the economy, suited to each nation.
Personal business growth or full-time employment working from home.

You guys have some good ones! Some are the sames as mine but here goes anyway:

• world peace leading to a massive decrease in military spending
• bring our soldiers home
• a functional congress that works with the executive
• visitation by a god-like alien race that finally ends the debates over religions influence of morality and the law, uniting the world as free love atheists
• finally, hitting the 250 million powerball would be nice as well

That shouldn't be too much to ask for in 2011

1) Lukas Ridgeston and I getting married and buying BELAMI as a wedding present!

2) The first "gay" bank/bankcard established so that we can truly be a force in the world!

3) Worldwide Support of Saving The Planet either by Monetary/industrial donations and/or manpower. ( did you know it takes an average pine tree 10 years to reach a height of 6' - christmas , did you also know plants produce oxygen which humans require to live. )


naturally these are "wishes" which will never come true so my list of "realities" for next year are ...

:pigs13: Yep and did you know that it's actually cheaper to buy a live potted tree than to buy a fresh cut one? Live potted trees are around $40 bucks here, and the live cuts easily hit between 80-200 bucks apiece. Recycle and Replant!!!!!! :newy: :newy:

Speaking of which, I read a Popular Science mag a few months back that focused on all the ecological inventions being tested right now, its amazing some of the stuff that was featured.

One invention was a new type of road pavement that was able to collect solar energy. They were saying that in a WalMart parking lot, even when the lot was full, it produced 10x the power needed to run the store, so that would let them offer electric car charging for free! They have it so that its only 3X as expensive as regular pavement, but it lasts 3X as long and of course provides free power. The company is being funded by gov't groups that are trying to reduce USA reliance on foreign energy (mainly oil), so this solution could actually become a reality very quickly. By rolling this out to parking lots across the USA, it would instantly replace a massive amount of non-green power consumption with clean, renewable solar energy.

So there is hope :high:
